The governorship election tribunal sitting in Nasarawa has sacked Governor Abdullahi Sule of the APC and declared David Umbugadu of the PDP winner of the election
Two out of the three justices, led by Justice Ezekiel Ajayi declared that Governor Abdullahi Sule was not validly elected.
