No fewer than 18 people were burnt beyond recognition at Nabardo Village along the ever-busy Bauchi-Jos road on Wednesday evening.
The accident occurred when a Toyota Hiace Bus with registration number FKE 688 YC and a MAN Trailer had a head-on collision.

Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corp, Bauchi State Command, Yusuf Abdullahi, who confirmed the accident on Thursday, said a total of 21 people were involved.
He said the crash was caused by speed limit violation.
