    “I’m heartbroken and devastated but I have to do this to save what’s left of my voice.

    “I’m so sorry. I love you all and promise to be back performing once I’m fully healed.”

    Gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey has denied he is selling tickets for his Hallelujah Festival.

    This comes after a user identified as Timi on the micro blogging platform known as X, accused the gospel singer of selling tickets to make a profit.

    Timi wrote: “Hallelujah challenge that started as IG live, Nathaniel Bassey is already selling tickets for physical concert. see here is business growth. My God what a strategy.”

    In response to the allegation, the gospel singer said they never sold any tickets.

    He wrote: “Please o, those of you that got tickets, how much did you pay for it o? That’s how people tweet themselves to problems. May God forgive them. Please the tickets are free, registration is only required! We have never sold tickets and will never do. Satan is a LIAR!”

    Nathaniel Bassey in June led a worship session that brought together top celebrities and thousands of followers from 12 midnight to 1 am each day.

    The #HallelujahChallenge was so successful, that it notched up over 550,00 followers for the artiste, landed him a spot on CNN and saw his account verified by Instagram.

    He rounded the programme off with the release of a single titled ‘Olowogbogboro’ and the Hallelujah Festival.

    Precious Chikwendu, ex-lover of former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode, has supported On Air Personality Do2dtun over custody battle with his estranged wife Taiwo Omotayo.

    The Nation reported Do2dtun publicly called out his ex-wife, Omotayo on social media for depriving him access to his two daughters.

    Oyebanjo, in response on Saturday, accused her ex-husband of emotional, physical and psychological abuse, adding that Do2dtun knows where to find their daughters.

    Reacting to the marriage crisis of the media personality, Chikwendu, who also struggled with Fani-Kayode over access to her four boys, said that no one should be denied access to their children.

    She wrote: “I am with @do2dtun completely on this one, no blame games but based on child needs and rights. I have been here and I understand what this can do to kids.

    “It is not about their personal issues as a couple. It is about children that need at-least 50/50 love from both sides if not 100%.

    “Most men would take it all in and move on but he didn’t. He doesn’t want to be called a dead beat at all and it is applaudable. If you say he is chasing clout, what would this earn him? Will people dash him money or will it give him a boost in his career? No. This is a man missing out on his growing kids and he is hurting.

    “Some will call him weak for crying out like he has, others calling him toxic for throwing it all in. He is fighting with all he has and that’s where he was pushed to. I can say this cos I got to this point too.”

    The actress concluded: “All I am asking is for an amicable agreement in the interest of the kids to be reached . If love ends, raising adorable kids together shouldn’t end.”

    The actor’s mother died on April 1, 2014 while TB Joshua died on June 5, 2021.
