    I don’t have any regrets at 60, says Bob-Manuel

Popular Nollywood actor Bob-Manuel Udokwu recently turned 60 and he has no regrets in life.

The award-winning actor made this known during a recent media chat with Yes! Magazine.

On his regrets as he becomes a sexagenarian, he said: “When I think about regrets maybe there are things one was working towards that has not materialised and then you think okay these have not come in place but you see I mean we are human beings if there are regrets they are very insignificant compared to what one has achieved and then once you are alive you keep working on those things don’t forget.”

Continuing, he said, “Like the Igbo proverb says ‘If it’s not the night you don’t describe the day as being bad. Again I have also learned that some people hit their zenith early in life, make fame, make fortune and all that and then they burn out, some hit it in midlife, and some as they grow older and more mature. In a nutshell, I can tell you that I don’t have regrets but there should be concerns after all we are human beings, and those concerns you keep working hard to address as you advance in life.”

Bob-Manuel is currently the Special Adviser to Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State on Entertainment, Leisure and Tourism.
