  • Is this the end of Psquare?

Is this the end of Psquare?

The friction between the Nigerian R&B music duo is becoming more apparent. This sense of friction was fueled by Paul Okoye’s posts on his instagram taking credit for songs he single handedly produced for the group. Songs like “Bring It on” “Do me” “Personally” “E no easy” “No one like you”

“Psquare’s all time biggest wedding song.. Written by me…produced by me and performed by me…a very good example of an ever-green song… Years to years to come, this song will still be bumping and I know you all love it #mybest40songsofp2” he boasted on his instagram page @rudeboypsquare

“E no easy by Psquare…a wonderful song…produced by J.martinz.. Written by me performed by Psquare…some say its gospel music…. But it’s a reality of what we do as Psquare”  he continued in another post in what many saw as an attempt to salvage his reputation after the barrage of negative comments rolling in.

He beckoned on everyone not to take it personal in his final comment “Personally… presently the highest viewed video on Youtube coming from Africa. Guess who wrote and produced. Don’t take it personal”

His brother Peter on the other hand revealed a few minutes before Paul that he was building an empire.

Are the duo hinting at  breaking up or is this another publicity stunt to promote an upcoming album or their US/Canada tour?

Is Psquare going to break up for good?

Madonna in awkward kiss with Drake

Drake found himself in the most awkward position when queen of pop, Madonna, 56 pulled the 28-year-old singer back to kiss him on his lips, for about three seconds at the Coachella event.

Right after the kiss, Drake looked horrified quickly wiping his mouth.

Many wonder if Madonna might have done that in order to entertain the younger crowd which Coachella attracts riled. Wearing black a tank top that said Big As Madonna, hot pants with stockings that showed off her toned legs, and a pair of kinky boot heels, she sauntered over to Drake, who was sitting in a chair.

She pulled back his head after caressing his cheek in and made the shocking move.

Many also consider Coachella an odd place for Madonna to perform as it is known for attracting a younger crowd such as Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid.  Madonna has desperately been selling her new album Rebel Heart.

Also on stage was Christina Aguilera.

  • Mike Adenuga plays safe

A good entrepreneur must know when to dive into the murky waters of politics and when to avoid it like a leper. For Globacom boss, Dr. Mike Adenuga, there are many gates to the house of wisdom and he seems to have unlocked them all. His status as one of the biggest players in the nation’s telecoms business can be attributed to intelligence and insight.

Unlike many other businessmen who stuck their necks out for President Goodluck Jonathan during his re-election campaign in the belief that he would have an easy ride back into office, Adenuga proved the astute businessman that he is by keeping a distance from politics during the period. He would not be seen clamouring for Jonathan’s re-election or lending financial support to his re-election campaign.

Even after Gen. Mohammadu Buhari emerged victorious in the presidential election that took place on March 28, Adenuga has been circumspect in his reaction to the whole episode. Determined to preserve his business empire and keep it away from harm’s way, Adenuga has maintained a neutral stance, keeping his cool and avoiding political partisanship while other business men openly patronized some political camps.

Fondly called Champion, Adenuga is regarded as one of the richest men in Nigeria. Without a doubt, one of his staying powers in the business world is his ability to play it safe when it comes to politics.

  • Where is Rilwan Aleshinloye?

With a reputation acknowledged even by royalties, Rilwan Aleshinloye has become a household name among socialites. No one familiar with goings-on in high society would feign ignorance of the influence of Rilwan, popularly called Alesh.

But the once ubiquitous socialite has suddenly gone off the radar. His sudden disappearance from the social scene has caused eyebrows to rise, considering the fact that he bestrode the sector like a colossus in the 90s. His benevolent disposition made him the toast of many, especially fuji artistes, most of whom are beneficiaries of his financial gestures.

He has since recoiled into his shell, causing many to wonder the whereabouts of the dude who was head over heels with famous gold merchant, Sade Alesh, before their nuptial union hit the rocks.

  • About Kristen Stewart

    About Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart has been known to kill it in couture on the red carpet. She just graced the cover of Interview magazine’s March 2015 style-themed issue. And she’ll even soon star in her second campaign for Chanel. But there’s no mistaking her personal sartorial sense for her professional one: In real life, K-Stew is far more tomboy than fashion-forward.

To mark the actress’ 25th birthday on April 9, 2015, Wonderwall.com is taking a look at the last year of her trademark androgynous street style, starting with this menswear-inspired look she sported while out in Los Angeles on March 28, 2015.

Kristen appeared to be channeling a modern-day James Dean in flat-front trousers and rolled-up sleeves paired with a black tank.

The slicked-back hair and cigarette — and that motorcycle parked in the back — were a nice touch.

    Gbemi Saraki returns to base

With the wind of change that is taking over the nation’s political scene, Senator Gbemi Saraki has dumped on  the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for  the All Progressives Congress (APC). With solid support from her elder brother, Senator Bukola Saraki, Gbemi ditched the PDP and hopped on the wagon of the wave-making APC.

In the past few months, the rumour had made the rounds that Gbemi had become sick of the PDP and was contemplating a defection to her elder brother’s party but PDP chieftains in Kwara State kept appealing to her not to leave because they needed her support in the bid to deliver Kwara State to President Goodluck Jonathan.

A few days ago, Senator Gbemisola Saraki made her defection to the APC official in Ilorin when she addressed her followers and asked them to tread in her path by joining APC and voting for the party’s governorship and House of Assembly candidates. She said the marginalization of women by the PDP in the state and the failure of the party to develop the state were the reasons she dumped the party to join forces with the APC.
