Company chief pledges to empower more youths

Wins Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence, Integrity

Femi Oke, chief executive officer of Landblaze Limited, a real estate firm, has pledged his commitment to continue to work with youths. He spoke after receiving the the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity presented to him by West Africa Youth Council.

The council noted that Oke was recognised forhis contributions to youth empowerment, ethical leadership, and excellence in entrepreneurship.

Oke. who dedicated the award to ‘‘every young African who dares to dream and work hard to make a difference, has given hope, and inspired young Africans through his dedication to service, innovation in real estate, and his support for youth-driven initiatives in Africa.

Under hm, Landblaze has provided mentorship, employment, and training for hundreds of young people.

According to the council, the award is not only a boost and encouragement to do more but also a reward for following his passion for real estate which made him establish Landblaze.

Presenting the award in Lagos, council representatives praised Oke for his exemplary conduct, social impact, and commitment to values that mirror the legacy of Nelson Mandela – integrity, compassion, and leadership.

The council continues to spotlight changemakers like Oke, who are setting standards in leadership and inspiring the next generation.
