ChAIRMAN of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Prince Usman Hamzat, has assured residents of proper health care.
Hamzat spoke while presenting medical tools to the primary health centre, saying the gesture is to cater for health of residents of Ifako-Ijaiye.
According to him, residents need good health to enjoy good roads, school buildings and other renewal projects done by his administration.
Some of the equipment include pedal bin, mechanical baby scale, floor lamp, LCD TV, DVD player, suction machine, oxygen concentrator, tables, chairs, cabinets, couches, and instrument trolley.

Others are digital thermometer, aneroid sphygmomanometer, blood pressure monitor, fetal Doppler, infrared thermometer, self-test analyser, dressing drums, inverters, electrophoresis machine, body weight scale, stethoscope, and dental alginate impression materials
Ifako-Ijaiye Local Health Authority Chairman, Dr. Bayo Ewodage, said: “… I have never seen anything like this in any local government in the state,” said Dr. Ewodaga.
Presentation of the equipment is coming on the heels of the one month grassroots medical outreach in the council.
Some services at the outreach include HIV test, COVID-19 vaccine, immunisation, BP checks, oxygen screening, blood donation, supplement, health insurance, and free drugs dispensing.
