Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of an Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court yesterday sentenced a man, Moses Joseph to 37 years imprisonment for defiling a minor.
Justice Taiwo, in her judgment, held that the state proved its case against the convict beyond reasonable doubt.
She said the evidence presented before the court were overwhelming and therefore pronounced the defendant guilty of the charges brought against him by the state.
