It was colourful, celebration galore, full excitement, panache and celebration par excellence at the 2018 investiture ceremony of Associate Professor David Olugbade Fakeye of the Faculty of Education, Arts & Social Sciences, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, as the 13th President of Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Ibadan, and other elected officers of the association , held at YMCA Centre, Ibadan, Nigeria.
Fakeye in his address called for the support of all and sundry toward steering the ship of the great association, being service to God; as YMCA remained the only organisation in history that has survived two world wars.
