Seventy thousand indigenes of the Oil Producing Commu-nities in the nine Niger Delta states are to benefit from empowerment scheme to lift the region and its beneficiaries.
The scheme is being powered through a Joint Empowerment Scheme to be Coordinated by Emotel Global Oil Limited Company.Findings revealed that the development is an improvement on the ongoing dialogue embarked upon by the federal government to end Niger Delta crisis.
The Empowerment programme is being coordinated by Emotel Global Oil Ltd, Oil Producing local in the Oil producing States of Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers State.
It is in four stages of scholarship, skill acquisition, employment and sit-at home allowance, while printed application forms would be distributed at the Headquarters of the Ondo State Oil Producing(Ilaje)Local Government Headquarters, Igbokoda from March,10 and will last for seven days.
