Epe LG chief promises more dividends of democracy

The Chairman of Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State, Ms. Surah Animashaun has restated her commitment to providing more dividends of democracy to residents. democracy

She made this known in a statement made available to newsmen while on an assessment tour of some project sites across the local government area.

She noted that areas like Etitun, Ajanosi, Ajagannabe, NITEL-Odubote, and other roads in the council would also witness massive reconstruction and rehabilitation.

The council chief said she has upheld the principles of justice, fairness, and equitable distribution of dividends of democracy with equal transformation and sustainable developments across the council areas – Alausa, Ita-Opo, Papa, Itarabugba, and many areas of Epe Local Government.

“Let me assure you that within the remaining months left before the 2025 local government election in the state, you will witness more dividends of democracy through the provision of more economic empowerment and developmental projects for all.

“Let me use this opportunity to reiterate my commitment to you that the best of me will continue to come to you all. My current achievements in office are just the tip of the iceberg as I will continue to do my best.
