Former Chairman of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) and ex-Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Prince Ayodeji Abass- Aleshinloye, has obtained the All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination and expression of interest forms for the Oluyole Federal Constituency.
Aleshinloye, who collected the form last Friday, said his desire to contest the House of Representatives seat was a clarion call to serve his people and “give practical expression to collective aspiration for good governance through quality representation”.
The former ALGON chairman, who expressed appreciation in a statement to the people of Oluyole Federal Constituency, said based on his track record, he has the capacity to serve with passion and deliver while also acknowledging the supporters’ ability to provide quality followership, guidance and grassroots leadership.

He said: “I promise to deliver with all sincerity on the listed major cardinal programmes of action and mobilisation for ultimate success and utmost for the highest. The programme includes
- Quality representation,
- Effective oversight functions
- People’s oriented laws for communal and national development
- Women & youth empowerment.
- Accountability & regular contacts, town hall meetings with my constituents for feedback & projections.”
