Ex-Presidential Amnesty Programme boss Kingsley Kuku has bagged a Law Degree from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN ) in the United Kingdom.
Kuku graduated with First Class in Law at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, England, UK.
The graduation ceremony took place on Thursday.
Kuku had previously bagged Executive Certificate in Public Leadership at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, Boston, Massachusetts, USA .
Kuku also bagged Research Ph.D in International Relations (Peace Studies) at the Selinus University of Science and Literature, Bologna, Italy(2019).
Furthermore, he holds an MSc in Political Science (International Relations) at the Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, Nigeria and a Bachelor in English Language at the Ondo State University in 1995.

Kuku was a special adviser on Niger Delta Affairs to former president, Goodluck Jonathan. He also served as the Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty.
He was also a signatory to the historic Kaiama Declaration of 1998; Member of the Ondo State House of Assembly (2003—2007).
Kuku has remained a voice and an active stakeholder for the development and restoration of lasting peace in the oil-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
He has continued to utilise every minute of his post office life to develop himself, preparatory to serving his fatherland and humanity.
