Heartland will be without Victor Ezeji and Julius Ubido in their Glo Premier League Week 36 tie against Giwa FC at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri today.
Ezeji copped an ankle innjury during the Naze Millionaires’ Friday morning training session and was seen during the evening session of same day with his ankle heavily bandaged.
The Abia born footballer is in his 20th season in the Premier League; he made his debut for Heartland in their Glo Premier League Week 31 tie against Bayelsa United which they lost 3-1 in Oghara.
Ubido too won’t be available for selection having picked his second yellow card in recent time in the last game away to FC IfeanyiUbah which they were beaten 1-0.
He will miss a match but will return in their away trip to Port Harcourt to face Dolphins.
Heartland are eighth on the league table with 50 points from 35 matches.
