The Federal Government is set to collaborate with destination countries to recover and return all illicit assets of high profile traffickers.
The government said it will send a message to traffickers by having more convictions.
The seizures will be achieved through diligent investigation aimed at eliminating weaknesses in the prosecution of high profile cases that will guarantee a realistic conviction.

Director-General of National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) Fatima Waziri-Azi who made the revelation said the NAPTIP Act allows forfeiture of assets acquired from trafficking in Persons.
She said this yesterday in Abuja while addressing the press.
