A Real Estate Company, Seven30 Real Estate Limited recently allocated lands to its customers’ fulfilling one of its major objectives, bridging the housing deficit in the country during the allocation of its Nooks Court project in Epe, Lagos State.
This effort was made known when the company allocated portions of land to her clients in the area last Saturday. The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Oluwole Fapohunda, speaking in a parley explained that beyond business, the company intends to fill the trust gap in the industry and also deliver on its promise to contribute her quota in ending the housing deficit in Nigeria.
He said, “Evidently, there is a housing deficit in Lagos State as statistics show that there are two out of three people in the state that do not have access to quality housing and we intend to break that chain by working for quality housing for all.
“Then, we want to make sure that the landlord gets quality and well-documented lands to build these houses on because there have been a lot of real estate scams in the past and we hope to tackle this. This is what we have illustrated again with the Nooks Court project that is located in Epe.”
Speaking to some of Seven30’s clients, they noted that the company was more considerable compared to other real estate companies in terms of prices and mode of payment.
One of the clients, Adetunmobi Samuel, noted, “Comparing Seven30’s price to many other real estate companies in Lagos, I do not see a conducive one as this price. I am really excited today. It was a fun-filled day for me because I won a 15% (about N600,000) bonus on the next property I bought from them, and I also met my secondary schoolmate here. I am so happy,”
Another customer, Healy Ozongw, who was not a first-time patron of Seven30 stated that the trust she had in the company rose after a purchase and has full trust in their promises to deliver quality housing for all.
