Courteville Business Solutions Plc has trained 25 middle management personnel to prepare them for challenges of job and macro-economic environment.
At the special graduation on November 26 in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos, the best graduating workers were given certificates, recognition and awards for their performances.
Group Managing Director, Dr. Bola Akindele, said: ‘’This is the fifth set of graduates trained under the middle management programme – created to accelerate career development of trainees for better performance on the job,and in other aspects of life.

“We realised there was a gap in knowledge and experience for younger workers to occupy middle management positions. So we decided on providing requisite training to prepare them.”
Dr. Muda Yusuf, chief executive officer of Centre for Promotion of Private Enterprises and the keynote speaker, said: “For businesses to survive the harsh economy, business owners must navigating the murky waters and find strategies to scale through.’’
