Firm promotes financial mgt portal for SMEs

Courteville Business Solutions Plc, a firm quoted on the Nigeria Stock Exchange, which is promoting financial management portal for small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) has been awarded the “Best in ICT Application” at the Commonwealth Industry Awards.

The event, held in London, saw the firm’s efforts to provide cutting edge applications being rewarded with the award.

In a statement, it said the award was in recognition of its outstanding development of the Regulated Products Administration Monitoring System (REPAMS) a generic application that has been employed in the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration & Control (NAFDAC).

The product has been successfully used for the regulation and control of the importation, exportation, manufacture, distribution, advertisement, sale and use of foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, chemicals, detergents and bottled water in Nigeria.

Receiving the award on behalf of Courteville, General Manager, Business Development and Operations, Lanre Iyanda, said the firm’s vision is to touch the lives of every citizen of the world” starting from its immediate environment in Nigeria and gradually to other commonwealth countries.

“The award will motivate the board, management and entire staff to continue to strive to innovate and create solutions towards enabling businesses. The journey of a thousand miles indeed begins with a single step,” he said.
