One of the leaders in the property and real estate industry, Casafina Development has launched a 30,000 square meter Coral Foreshore estate along Ogudu Ifako area of Lagos metropolis.
The estate which will occupy 2 to 4 bedroom duplex of 116 buildings will commence construction as from end of April 2022 and allocation of portion is done immediately the customers deposit at least 20% of the total package.
During the launch, the Chief Operating Officer of Casafina Development Dr. Seyi Olufemi said the process of acquiring the property is through mortgaging where the payment will stretch from 2 to 15 years.
Corroborating Dr. Olufemi clarification, the managing director of the company Ramsingh Yadav affirmed that the construction is set to commence at the end of April and everything has been put in place to make sure that the work begins at the stipulated time and runs smoothly.
