Firm unveils infrastructural plans

With the growing population  in Lagos State requiring more housing, Dynatech Group has announced its plans for development in the real estate industry.

A statement yesterday by Managing Director Sir Chigozie Okafor said the group implemented strategic plans to increase its relevance in the industry.

It reads: “The development projects lined up for the state present opportunities for every businessperson in Lagos. It is common knowledge that the economic situation isn’t the best now but, these challenges notwithstanding, Lagosians are going after opportunities every day.

“In 2021, we started and completed The Trio (three units of standard five-bedroom duplexes; The White House (three units of five-bedroom contemporary duplex on three floors); and the Corporation Estate (four units of five-bedroom contemporary duplex), in Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos. Our 2022 project is a 10-unit estate of contemporary five-bedroom duplexes in three floors.”

A member of the board at Housing Development Advocacy Network (HDAN), Femi Oyedele, said the industry woud perform ‘exceptionally well’ as politicians would ‘find solutions’ to challenges in the nation.
