Fortis Mobile Money now Fortis Money

A  micro-finance bank, Fortis Money International, has joined other service organisations in celebrating their customers.

The bank kicked-started the celebration at Gracepoint Hotel, in Abuja, where its Managing Director, Mr Samuel Oladimeji, joined some workers and customers at an interactive session.

He announced the rebranding of Fortis Mobile Money to Fortis Mobile.

The bank chief said the occasion was a testimony to the company’s flexibility and responsiveness.

The customer service interactive session is an annual event devoted to recognising the importance of customer service and honouring the people who served and supported customers with the best care and professionalism.

The event was attended by over 200 customers from Niger, Nasarawa, Lagos, Ogun, Jos and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Oladimeji said customers were the reason for the bank’s success because it cannot succeed without the support of the customers.

He said: “We know we are the favourite with our teeming customers who trust us with their funds. Therefore, it is not surprising that we serve a lot of customers all over the federation.

“We are thankful and remain committed to our customers. Our brand promise is to always deliver the ultimate gold standard of value and excellence to all stakeholders. We will continue to strive for a better way of delivering first-class service.”
