The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed the death of three persons in an accident that occurred yesterday morning on the Akure-Owo Highway.
Ondo State Sector Commander of the FRSC, Ezekiel SonAllah, said 15 persons were involved in the accident, but 12 were injured when a Toyota Sienna bus and a hummer bus collided.
SonAllah attributed the cause of the accident to dangerous overtaking.
A security personnel at the scene said two persons were confirmed dead.
