Singer Inetimi Alfred Timaya Odon, popularly known as Timaya, has expressed disappointment over the results of the recently concluded 66th Grammy Awards, which saw Nigerian artists failing to secure any awards.
The Nation reported that the Nigerian quintet of Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Davido, Asake, and Olamide had a poor outing on Sunday.
The only non-Nigerian nominee in the maiden Best African Music Performance category ended up taking home the award.

Both Davido and Burna Boy failed to secure wins in their respective nominated categories: Best Global Music Album and Best Global Music Performance.
Expressing his disappointment, Timaya wrote via his X handle: “This Grammys no sweet oo!”
