Women Radio WFM91.7, the Nigerian Women Trust Fund and Women In Politics Forum is organizing a summit for women seeking political offices in the 2019 elections.
The summit with the themed “Working Together for 2019” will hold in Abuja,Tuesday,July 31 and will focus on resource mobilization for campaigns, campaign team management, media visibility for women seeking elective positions and negotiating party hurdles.
According to its organizers in a press statement , female politicians who have declared interests to run for various political offices in the 2019 general elections will gather in Abuja to work together to strategize on how to win more elective positions.
‘The 2019 General Elections Women Aspirants Summit will bring women with diverse experiences together to further advance women participation in political process and governance’ the statement reads.
Participants at summit include presidential, governorship, senate and House of Representatives female aspirants.
