Chairman of Badagry West Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State, Mr. Joseph Gbenu, has inaugurated a Primary Health Care Centre (PHC) in Apa, Badagry.
He said his administration would concentrate on building health centres and primary schools.
Gbenu hailed the Alapa of Apa, Oba Adekanmi Oyekan, for building staff quarters.

The Medical Officer in Badagry West, Dr. Dorcas Oladunjoye, said the centre would boost health care in Apa.
The chairman presented Toyota Highlander Sport Utility Vehicles to councillors.
Mr. Matthew Sejoro, leader of the legislative arm, said the vehicles would help in fast tracking their work as lawmakers.
