Digital entrepreneur, Okeke Chibuikem Sinclair, has said he founded his company, Clairhub to save people from scams.
Chibuikem noted that the high rate at which crypto traders lose money to scams is worrisome, hence, the creation of Clairhub.
The CEO of Clairhub avowed that even though it seems that he is doing so many things at the same time, he is, nonetheless, not a jack of all trades. “I’m a network marketer, I trade crypto and also sell cars for a living,” he asserted.
Speaking further, he provided background details about Clairhub, saying: “Clairhub is an enterprise aimed at bringing ease and transparency to people looking to exchange their cryptocurrency for cash; that is on the one hand. On the other hand, the company also renders reliable social media services to its diverse customers.”
Continuing, Okeke who became an entrepreneur in 2017, said: “I started this business for a couple of reasons. First to help decent citizens avoid the pitfalls of scammers and to provide favourable rates and excellent customer service. And so far, Clairhub has made the difference for its growing clientele.”
The Clairhub CEO also avowed that one of the reasons for the enterprise’s growing customer base is the way unsatisfied clients are handled with civilities.
Hear him: “If a client is not satisfied with our business relationship, we have customer representatives ready to assist and take notes of said complaints promptly and forward to the right quarter for remedy. This way, we guarantee better customer experience.”
The Clairhub boss, nonetheless, conceded that crypto trading is a business that requires that an entrepreneur treads carefully in order to avoid the boobytraps of digital commerce, which he avowed are many and varied.
“There are many risks and these include new and changing government rules that most of the time stifle cryptocurrencies, volatile rates and hackers among others.”
