An aspirant for Lagos State House of Assembly, Oluwatosin Onamade, has promised to put the people of Ikorodu II first if he is elected.
Onamade, who is contesting on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), declared his intention in Ijede.
According to him, Ikorodu Constituency II has not witnessed development and promised to bring development to the constituency.
He said: “I assure you that if I am elected as member of Lagos State House of Assembly to represent Ikorodu Constituency II, I will be a visible, listening, discerning and active legislator.
“My promise to the people of Ikorodu Constituency 2 is to provide and guarantee qualitative, passionate, visible and result-oriented representation for my constituency.”
APC apex leader in Ikorodu Chief Sakirudeen Ajala said it is the turn of Ijede to produce the next lawmaker for the constituency at the House of Assembly. He added that based on rotational agreement, Imota, Igbogbo and Gberigbe have had their turns of two times.
He lauded Onamade for his support to the party, saying having given to the party, the party should also give him something back.
