The Abia State Governor-elect, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has received his Certificate of Return.
National Commissioner Lawrence Nwuruku, while giving out the certificate, urged him to be magnanimous in victory and carry everybody along, irrespective of party and religious affiliations.
Ikpeazu pledged to work for the people and urged them to go about their businesses without fear of intimidation.
