Federal government has been enjoined to find lasting solutions to the incessant killings in the country.
The Chief Missioner of the Jamatuhalilahi Islamic society of Nigeria ,Sheik Abdulahi Akinbode gave the advice in a sermon at the weekly gathering of the society on the MITV premises in Ikeja.
He said that it is the basic responsibility of the government to provide security for the people.
Sheik Akinbode stated that government should be decisively and find solutions to the basic causes of the killings.
The cleric also enjoined Muslims to use the month of Ramadan to pray for the country and its leaders .
He said Muslims should not to go back to sins after 30 days of fasting.
