Juventus are facing an uphill battle for Nicolo Zaniolo, with Roma playing tough negotiators as talks continue.
The Bianconeri are big fans of the 23-year-old Italian forward and are keen to snap him up this summer to replace Paulo Dybala, who left on a free transfer earlier this month. Zaniolo did not have an easy season under Jose Mourinho and contract renewal talks proved more difficult than expected, so a sale this summer cannot be ruled out.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Roma are refusing to accept any player swaps for Zaniolo, not keen on Juventus’ plan to include either Arthur or Denis Zakaria in a possible deal. The Giallorossi are remaining firm, wanting €50m in cash for the talented 23-year-old.
The player himself is keen to leave the Italian capital and he’s reportedly chosen Juventus as his next club, but his wish may not be granted as Juventus have now been forced into a difficult spot.
