Veteran actor Kenneth Okonkwo has showered beautiful words on the lady who knelt to accept her boyfriend’s marriage proposal.
A recent viral video displayed a lady who went on both knees to accept the marriage proposal from her boyfriend in Bayelsa State.
Alongside friends and colleagues, social media users have also praised the lady for her humility and reverence for her husband-to-be.
“She said to her husband to be, “Please don’t kneel for me. It is against our culture for a man to kneel for a lady.

“Western education and civilization will not change the fact that you are the man of the house,” the engaged lady was quoted to have said.
Reacting to the video, the “Living in Bondage” star actor said he will surely pray for this kind of lady to be a wife to his son.
He also noted her act resonates with the African culture and lifestyle.
“This is quite interesting. I will certainly pray for this kind of a Lady for my Son. It accords with our culture and way of life,” he wrote.
“Ideally, I would prefer none kneels for each other but it’s quite closer to our culture if it’s done in this fashion.”
