Lagos APC chair Ojelabi mourns Kemi Nelson

Chairman of the Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC) Cornelius Ojelabi has mourned the death of Mrs. Kemi Nelson, a chieftain of the party.

Nelson was the immediate past Southwest Zonal Women Leader of the  APC and a former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Lagos.

Ojelabi, in a statement yesterday by his spokesperson, Mrs. Omobola Nowoola-Akingbehin, described the late Nelson as an amazon who ‘took every assignment given to her seriously’..

“Chief. Nelson was a visionary leader, an inspirational woman leader,

strategic, authentic, loyal, responsible and a  dependable mobiliser of great women.

“She will be sorely missed especially now that the party needs her wealth of experience in the journey to the 2023 general elections.

“I pray God to grant her eternal rest, console the immediate family as well as the APC family she left behind “
