NIGERIAN youths have been urged to maximise opportunities in Real Estate and be financially empowered.
Ambassador Michael Adeyemi spoke at the launch of Realtor Max Firm at LTV 8 Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos.
He said unemployed graduated can be realtors to market lands and rental apartments, earning up to 10 – 15 per cent
“With over 28 million home deficit in Nigeria, it implies that people will always look for somewhere to put their heads. Therein lies the employment opportunity which Realtor Max is offering unemployed graduates. RealtorMax intends raising a community of 5000 realtors,” he said.
According to Adeyemi, RealtorMax is not only providing jobs for unemployed youths, it also offer people opportunity to own property
“With this platform, people can start with whatever amount they have, pay on a monthly basis, thereby becoming a landowner..” he said.
Special Adviser to the governor on Housing, Mrs. Toke Benson, represented by Oriakhogba Emmanuel, said RealtorMax Firm is registered with Lagos State.
Emmanuel warned investors not to partner firms not registered as this could be dangerous.
