Singer Victor Barnabas Nanribetmun aka Lucid has opened up on the therapeutic power of music.
According to him, listening to music can be a quick route to getting into a better mood.
Beyond that, the therapeutic power of music cannot be underestimated.
The O’ Records artiste said: “Music means everything to me. It’s who I am and I don’t think I can live without music. It’s therapeutic for me. I get to pass messages freely through music. Music is basically who I am”.

Lucid also averred that the highlight of his career was getting signed to O’ Records.
“The highlight of my career was the day I got signed on to O’ Records. My life has changed ever since”.
The Plateau indigene began singing at an early age back in his primary school days,.
“I have been singing since I was eleven years old. I used to rap back in primary school. I also rapped and sang in junior secondary school.
“However, I focused more on singing during my senior secondary years”, he stated.
The Abuja-born entertainer also urged artistes should focus more on their music than on controversies.
“I don’t think there’s any need for controversies. You should be real and genuine. You should just do your thing and stay away from whatever passes the wrong message about you, or whatever passes hate and bad energy”.
