Afropop singer Yemi Alade has opened up on her earnest wish as her 33rd birthday draws closer.
The self-acclaimed ‘Mama Africa’ in a social media post, revealed she desires to improve her act of communication.
According to Alade, Nigerians have a great tendency to always turn discussions into arguments which is why she wants to consciously work at being able to communicate her feelings without it resorting to an argument.

The post read: “It’s My Birth Month and I really want to work towards INTENTIONALLY being better at Communicating My Feelings.
“There is a thin line between an argument and discussion. Being a typical Nigerian, it’s easy to turn everything into an argument, rather than a discussion.
“I want to undo that… Let’s see how that goes…”
