Chief Executive Officer, Audacia Prime Realty Limited, Bright Sekoni has said that his company is out to create wealth for the younger generations, and build homes for people in all nooks and crannies of Africa.
This is even as he proposed to Lagos State Government human documentation to help track data of people coming into the state daily, adding that the development will help curb the issue of land grabbing in Lagos State.
Sekoni gave the assurance, suggestion, and position of his establishment on Monday while addressing journalists in the headquarter of his company.
He added that his passion for real estate is borne out of his vision to help others remain financially free and create long-lasting wealth for generations unborn.
“As a kid, I saw my dad buying a lot of properties and whenever we had issues, he will sell them. Sometimes I ask myself why didn’t he just keep the money, but along the lines, I discovered that real estate at the end of the day is a backup.
“Unlike every other investment, real estate is sure and yea that can be felt, touched and it grows especially when one buys a property in the right location.
“So, if I am saying what created my passion, I will say it’s because I want to be able to provide generational wealth which is not just for myself, but for the people who also believe in the vision.
“Our vision is to build homes for people. To provide accommodations for people. To give people one of the most important necessities of life – shelter.
The Audacia Prime MD maintained that, “real estate is the only investment that transect generation at the end of the day.”
