YBNL/Empire recording artist Fireboy DML has argued that being conventional doesn’t make one iconic.
He made this known a few days after the release of his third album titled: ‘Playboy.’
‘I have always said it that conventional songs don’t make history, nothing conventional is iconic and my major goal is to surpass the feats of King Sunny Ade, late Fela Anikulapo Kuti, and other iconic music acts,” he said.

The 26-year-old Fireboy DML was signed on YBNL by Olamide in 2018 and has gone on to release three albums.
