The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Edo, on Monday, staged a walk to sensitise the public towards peaceful conduct during the governorship election on Saturday.

The walk, which started at the command headquarters in Blessed Avenue, passed through Country Home Road, Sapele Road, and Limit Road, before returning to the headquarters.

Speaking shortly before the walk, Mr. Gbenga Agun, the NSCDC Commandant, said that the walk was to encourage the electorates to embrace peace during the election.
