Nigerian rapper, Ayadinuno Obiora aka Nuno Zigi has announced plans to release his debut EP entitled No Day Off (NDO).
According to the music act, the EP has seven tracks and was produced by Strykabeats, Hullabeats, and FlamesSupaboi.
Nuno Zigi opined that No Day Off was inspired by the environment he grew up in and the accumulated experience as a young boy from Onitsha.
In his words, “The hustle mentality of staying committed to your grind daily is what I’ve always expressed in my music from the days of my 2020 single Iyoo.”
Speaking on his connection and choice of producers, he said “I only work with producers who understand my sound and what I want to achieve on each song so I share a deep connection with all three. All songs were mixed and mastered by Extraordinaire except one mixed by Slicky.”
The Indie act sees Young MA, Phyno, and Travis Scott as the inspirations behind his lyrics.
Nuno Zigi began his musical career in 2011 and was discovered by his former record label, Penthauze music, and made his big break in 2018 with the rap single ‘8th mood.’
