One of the governorship aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bart Nwibe, has declared that it will be difficult to unseat an incumbent governor in any election.
He, however, added that this will be the case because the government of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has failed the people of Anambra State in the current dispensation, the reason he said the people now desire a change.
Nwibe spoke yesterday at the Correspondents’ Chapel Forum in Awka, while answering questions from reporters.
However, he debunked the claims in some quarters that he was the anointed son of the Minister of Labour and Employment, Sen. Chris Ngige.
He added that because of his loyalty, dedication and being an old member of the party from Action Congress (AC) days, people believed that Ngige had endorsed him, adding that “if something like that happened, it would not be bad.”
