An Islamic and community leader in Afin, Akoko Northwest Local Government Area of Ondo State, Pa Saka Badmus, is dead.
He was 80.
The late Pa Badmus is the father of the Commissioner of Natural Resources, Rasheed Badmus.
The deceased was among the kingmakers from Ejigbo Dynasty in Afin Akoko and was fondly called Oba-Oja for settling disputes in the market and working for the progress of Afin market.
He was also a founding member of Nurudeen Society of Afin Muslim community.
The burial ceremony comes up today at Afin-Akoko.
