Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and former President Olusegun Obasanjo are some of the dignitaries expected at the turbaning of Dr. Alimi AbdulRazaq, elder brother of Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, will on Friday turban Dr. Alimi, a scion of AbdulRazaqs, as the Mutawali of Ilorin.
Other dignitaries expected at the event are some governors.
The turbaning will take place at the palace square of the Emir of Ilorin at 10am and it will be followed by Jumat service at the Ilorin central mosque.
