The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State also congratulated Adeleke in a statement by the Acting Chairman, Tajudeen Lawal.
It reads: “While we congratulate Governor Adeleke, we make confident to say we shall not be found wanting in playing our expected opposition role to keep the government on its toes.
“We will not be downcast with the current political situation as the nature of politics is that no one wins all the time.”
Lawal added that while former Governor Oyetola lost the election as pronounced by the court but ‘it is visible to the court of the public that they never lost the battles’.
“Osun State is a common patrimony, and that is why we are assuring the PDP and the government that we shall be meeting in the trenches when it is constitutionally ripe to do so.”
