Baring last minute changes, the postponed congress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State will hold on Saturday.
It was postponed on October 16 following disagreements on the list of delegates to be used for the election.
Sources confirmed to The Nation yesterday that a meeting was held at the national headquarters of the party in Abuja on Tuesday evening, during which it was decided that the congress would hold on Saturday.
The sources said delegates’ lists would be made available to stakeholders latest Friday morning. The party retained the seven-man committee headed by Alhaji Gambo Lawan.
