UNITED Kingdom-based Nigerian Pastor, Tobia Adegboyega, has not let controversies dim the light of his ministry in London. He has been accused of being too flamboyant, and it was recently in the news that the UK government shut down his church over certain irregularities.
It later turned out that the affected property was not his church but one of his companies. The news, however, raised eyebrows, as some observers claimed his expensive lifestyle was responsible for the misfortune of the founder of SPAC Nation.
Those distractions did not matter to Adegboyega who appears to have developed a thick skin to negative comments.
Some days ago, he hosted a barbecue party in London with his youthful members. His father and mother were also present at the party.
Rocking a Gucci polo and a cap, he thanked his members for letting the world know about the church and what they do. He also cracked jokes intermediary, which excited guests.
The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. At some point, the pastor did a video call with singer Davido. He congratulated him and his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, who recently emerged the winner of the Osun State governorship election.
