Realtor: provide infrastructure in underserved estates

A realtor, Dr. Kolade Adepoju, has urged  governments to provide infrastructure in underserved and new areas to drive development and decongest cities.

Adepoju, who heads a property firm, Riel Homes and Investment, spoke on the sidelines of a training for youths and women on real estate investment.

Tagged, “Second Realtors and Partners Conference”, Adepoju said it was designed to equip youths, women, realtors and investment managers.

Riel Homes is a real estate and asset management company focusing on renewable, green and smart home ownership in Africa.

Explaining the theme, he said: “Nigerian Real Estate and Best Investment Opportunities For Low and High-Income Earners/ Entrepreneurs is put together for youths, realtors, real estate agents, investors, entrepreneurs, business owners and chief executive officers.

“It is an avenue to teach youths and women about real estate investment and techniques.”

A panellist, Ifunanya Anona, said real estate is big business with huge potential. She added investment in the sector is worthwhile.

Emmanuel Utaku, a business mogul, urged participants to be diligent and truthful if they want to be successful in real estate.

The firm introduced new projects to realtors and partners, including Riel Mall, a commercial property at Ketu-Alapere, with 27 units of shopping outlets.

The firm said with a N2 million initial deposit, one can subscribe to it and spread the balance.

Another is Heritage Brook aaround Lekki Trade Zone, Osoroko, Ibeju Lekki.

“We have one, two, three bedrooms with tennis, basketball courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, lobby, security and more,” it said.
