Realtors’ coaching programme provides foundation for success

Sixty real estate professionals have been awarded certificates by industry leader, Pertinence Group, following completion of a coaching programme.

The programme, tagged Pertinence Real Estate Coaching Programme (PRECP), initially saw 400 registrations, showing high interest and demand for quality real estate education.

PRECP was led by nine-member faculty, including co-founders, Sunday Olorunsheyi and Wisdom Ezekiel.

Other facilitators are  Tope Mark-Odigie, Abosede Olusola-Obasa, Emmanuel Efosa-Zuwa, Jeffrey Itepu, Oghene Tega, Adebayo Osasuyi, and Olumide Okedara.

They delivered on building client relationships, personal branding, advanced negotiation skills, team building and management, digital marketing for real estate, and customer relationship management.

Seun Odebowale, general manager, said  the programme was  to provide a foundation for realtors, to boost sales, revenue, and success in the sector.

A participant, Busola Agbolahan, said: “The classes were amazing but tasking because it required much time and effort.”

Kunle Oshilekun, stressed: “These classes would have cost much more if we were required to pay for it, but Pertinence made it for free. They taught us so much about closing sales in real estate. I want to encourage every realtor to participate in the next edition.”
