Captain of Nigeria’s Beach soccer national team Isiaka Olawale has called on the Super Sand Eagles to maintain their calm, keep their focus and try to raise their game a little after the Nigerian team defeated host nation and minnows Seychelles in the opening day of the 2015 CAF Beach Soccer championship 10-1.
In a chat with www.footballlive.ng Olawale disclosed that it was a victory the team envisioned and needed the win to make Nigerians happy.
“We had a resolve to make a statement from the beginning of the competition and make our fans happy. At the end though we won but we must remain focused, double our efforts and raise our game a little,” the Dolphins FC player said.
