Nigerian OAP, Sandra Odufaderin, has joined Oakdale school’s children in the celebration of their ‘Sporty Fun Day’, tagged ‘Sport Championship’.
Odufaderin, who is the anchor of ‘Moment With Sandra’ on Eko FM, graced the event as a special guest and exposed the children to amazing fun as she hosted the occasion as well.
Speaking with The Nation, she explained that she enjoys every moment with children, describing the event as one of the many that she will not forget anytime soon.
According to Odufaderin, children deserve to be happy and celebrated. “At least, there should be a special day as this where we celebrate children. All work without play makes Jack a dull boy,” she stated.
Also speaking at the event, Lauretta Iyasele, Chairperson, Parents’ Forum, said she’s excited to witness the 22nd edition of the annual event.
Iyasele said; “this is a family event and today is all about family bonding. There are lots of activities here today mainly dedicated to putting smiles on our children and we are happy about it.”
