Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has been honoured as the Governor of the Year and received the prestigious Game Changer Award at the 30th anniversary of ThisDay Newspaper and the 12th anniversary of AriseTV, in recognition of his administration’s transformative governance and development initiatives.
The awards ceremony was well-attended by dignitaries, media professionals, and stakeholders.
In a tweet on his X handle, Sanwo-Olu highlighted the significance of the recognition as a testament to the efforts of his administration in driving development across Lagos State.
“This award reinforces our commitment to driving positive change and development in Lagos State. It is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in our administration,” he said.
Sanwo-Olu attributed the achievement to the collective efforts of his team and the unwavering support of Lagosians.
